MBA Correspondence at ICFAI

They take lot of money 70,000+ Examination Fees of Rs 1000 per group + Rs 12,000 Tution Fees+ placement + etc... It will cost u above 1 lakh. and its not easy Their r 11 groups. 4 subjects per group. i.e. total 42+ papers. Its objective. 5 options per question. 3 hour paper. its not easy. course material is good. choose symbiosis instead. its more reputed. much much easier than icfai, much cheaper (only 30 k including everything). only 24 papers of 1 Hr paper. they give PGDBM degree. yes, but u know IIMs also give PGDBM NOT MBA. But everyone calls it MBA and write same in their CV so it practically MBA. I know about 4 options of mba frm Distance Learning 1.http://www.scdl.net : official site of symbiosis center for distance learning. there is also a sample paper ! of M. Accounting 2. Icfai says IFLP is not Distance Learning and in the degree there will be no mention of word "correspondence" or "Distance learning". means it is virtually REGULAR MBA for u. icfai course material is very good. exam pattern is also good But they take lot of money 70,000+ Examination Fees of Rs 1000 per group + Rs 12,000 Tution Fees+ placement + etc... It will cost u above 1 lakh. Its not easy. But its easier than regular mba from any other place .icfai is good if u want MBA degree with lot of effort. u can also do mca from icfai Their r total 11 groups. 2 subjects per group. each subject has 2 papers of 3 hours. Up to group F (5th) all papers all fully objective. each question has 5 lengthy options. 2 groups are elective. i.e. total 42+ papers. its not easy, but if u study u can get through it. course material is good. see http://www.iutripura.edu.in for more info. Currently I have sent letters which question Legality of degree courses offered by ICFAI to UGC,DEC and ICFAI. I think u should wait till i get replies of these letters. ICFAI HAS 3 mainly BRANCHES :ICFAI Flexible Learning ProgramINC (ICFAI National College), - total 169 in IndiaIBS (ICFAI Business School), - total 18 in IndiaIts fees are one of the highest in country [IBS 6 to 10 Lakhs, INC 3 to 5 Lakhs, IFLP .8 -1.5 lakh] and they definitely makes thousands of crores of profit every year. my conclusion: if u want easy mba choose symbiosis. i m frustated becoz i wanted the easiest mba like symbiosis. and i choosed the quite difficult one (icfai) prashant0084gmail.com . 09887794633

But before you make any decesion make sure that you should also focus on other options like Symbiosis, Narsee Monjee, IMT etc. You can also go for programs from IIM's in collaboration with NIIT Imperia & Hughes.
